For Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen, walking back into their Star Wars roles for Obi-Wan Kenobi appears to have been one wild ride. For fans, it was pure magic to see Obi-Wan and Anakin Skywalker going head-to-head once again. Reader, I screamed in those training sequences.
In the brief trailer for the behind-the-scenes Disney+ documentary about the series, Obi-Wan Kenobi: A Jedi’s Return, you’ll see snippets of the actors speaking about their roles, with plenty of footage of lightsaber duels in costume and in regular garb.
The documentary also features director Deborah Chow, who’ll take you through the making of the wildly popular and long-awaited series.
