Netflix Orders Norman Lear-Produced Dramedy About a Gay Marine Serving Before ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’

Netflix has ordered 10 episodes of a dramedy called “The Corps,” which is inspired by the book “The Pink Marine: One Boy’s Journey Through Boot Camp to Manhood” by Marine veteran Greg Cope White.
