The Nintendo Switch 2 is finally in everyone’s hands, and so far, it’s a smashing success. Now, it’s time to start loading up on all the new games you can play to get the full Switch 2 experience — and yes, there’s more to check out than just Mario Kart World (though that game is fantastic).
Even if the first-party lineup at launch is a bit thin — the next release, Donkey Kong Bananza isn’t out until July 17 — there’s a decent amount of third-party titles and upgrades to original Switch games that you can play around with right now.
Check out all the Nintendo Switch 2 games you can play at launch (that aren’t Mario Kart World) below.
Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour

Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour is a lot like Astro’s Playroom in that it serves as an intro to the new console, but in a gamified way. In it, you’ll be able to walk around a virtual Switch 2 as a kind of interactive exhibit, learning about all the handheld’s features. That’s way more fun than reading the instruction manual.
