END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PROMPTLY CEASE ALL FURTHER INSTALLATION OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

1 - PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
This software product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. All rights not currently granted in this license agreement are reserved entirely to Captel. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names,  trademarks, or any other rights, functions or licenses in respect of the Software.

2 - LICENSE
LiberKey is Freeware. The term LiberKey is a set of software developed by the company Captel. You are free to use and distribute this program in accordance with Section "3 - DISTRIBUTION - DEPLOYMENT".

3 - DISTRIBUTION - DEPLOYMENT
LiberKey may be distributed under the following conditions:
- LiberKey setup file may be offered for download on other websites with the express condition that it remains unchanged (identical to the one available at www.LiberKey.com)
- Any other forms of distribution and deployment requires the prior approval of the company Captel (contact@liberkey.com)
- It is strictly forbidden to sell or to request a contribution for LiberKey without the prior approval of the company Captel.

4 - LIABILITY
We try to keep our software as bug-free as possible. But it's a general rule that no software ever is error free, and the number of errors increases with the complexity of the program. So, Captel may not be held responsible for damages of any kind, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of LiberKey.

5 - TERMINATION
This License will terminate immediately, automatically and without notice if LICENSEE fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
