Summary

Description

An African Hawk Eagle (Aquila spilogaster) in flight. Aquila spilogastra - formerly Hieraaetus spilogaster

Whatever this is, I don't think it's an African Hawk-Eagle, which never has unstreaked white forewings. (Juvenile has rufous forewings and underbody; adult has black streaks all over the forewings and underbody.)
