World Orphan Week Cambridge Balloon Launch
On Tuesday 3rd October the SOS Team were delighted to be joined by the pupils of Parkside School to launch 'World Orphan Week' balloons on Parker's Piece, Cambridge.
The children of Parkside school had been sponsoring balloons, which are labelled with the address of the SOS Children office.
The sponsor of the balloon that travels the furthest will win a special prize.
It was a windy day and the balloons were soon whisked up and carried far away.
Keep a look out for WOW balloons! There is a prize for the person who finds the balloon that travels the farthest.
