Dansk: Kraftudtag. Akslen sidder på redskabet og tilsluttes en tap på traktoren. Den gule plastickappe fæstnes med kæder eller snor i begge ender, så den ikke drejer rundt sammen med akslen inden i. Dette er en sikkerhedsanordning for at folk ikke kommer til skade med udstyret, og det er ulovligt at benytte kraftudtag uden sikkerhedskappe i Danmark!
English: In this photo a PTO shaft is shown connected to the Power Take Off of a farm tractor. The PTO spins the shaft clockwise, when viewed from the implement, using power from the tractor's engine. The shaft transfers this power to the implement to perform certain functions.
