Notes |
English: Portrayed: Antonio Pucci, Lorenzo de' Medici and Francesco Sassetti (and his youngest son). The child in this picture occupies a position of status unlikely to be afforded to Sassetti's youngest son. It is more probable that the child is Giulio de' Medici, heir of Lorenzo's deceased brother, Giuliano. Three other children in the fresco are the sons of Lorenzo.
