Save almost 50%: As of June 7, the Wyze Robot Vacuum with LiDAR technology is on sale for $165 at Walmart. That’s a savings of $164 (original price: $329).

Booked and busy this summer? It might be time to buy a robot vacuum to clean in the background while you’re out.

But it doesn’t have to be some intimidating investment. This deal from Walmart makes a smart, already-affordable robot vacuum even cheaper (nearly 50% cheaper, in fact). At the time of writing, the Wyze Robot Vacuum was $34 cheaper than its post-holiday pricing of $199.

Even at full price, Wyze’s Robot Vacuum is one of the best cheap robot vacuums. The mere presence of that LiDAR scanner (the circular pop-up on the top of the vacuum) is groundbreaking at its MSRP, considering that’s more than multiple budget-friendly Roombas can say.

With LiDAR, you unlock the ability to send the vac to specific rooms and create virtual boundaries for your robot vac. That spinning pop-tower emits 2,016 laser pointers every second to generate an internal floor plan of your home. If Wyze gets something on the map wrong, you can edit walls or re-label areas on the app.

Of course, the app can also be used for setting cleaning schedules, or starting a last-minute sweep when you’re not home. You can also toggle between three suction modes, with the strongest reaching a hearty 2,100 Pa. That’s more than enough for hard floors and medium-pile carpets.
