Noise-cancelling headphones are a traveling must-have and the very effective Bose QuietComfort earbuds are still on sale after Prime Day. Shut off crying babies, snoring neighbors, and pretty much everything else going on around you on your next trip by picking up a pair at their lowest price to date.
The QC earbuds are typically $279, but you can grab a pair for only $179 in either black or soapstone. That’s $100 in savings and $20 less than their previous low price.
As Mashable tech reporter Alex Perry noted, “terrific sound quality paired with some of the most effective active noise cancellation you’ll find in any earbuds make them a mostly excellent option.” In other words, if you’re a noise cancellation snob who prefers buds over headphones, the QC earbuds are a hard pair to beat.
While they’re a bit bulkier than AirPods, a little configuration with the eartip options makes them comfortable for long listening sessions. The battery isn’t the greatest — six hours on a single charge and 18 with the charging case — but they more than make up for it with their sound profile.
