        - Save the svg images to disk
 - Open with  Inkscape
 - Edit the text
 - Save as plain svg
 - (For advanced users: you may be able to avoid using inkscape, and simply edit the svg file in a text editor)
 - Add your 2-letter language code to the filename (see example, right)
 - Upload again to Commons
