We are very fortunate to have the support of many schools, companies, religious and other community groups and welcome enquiries from other interested parties. SOS Children runs such a variety of projects that we are always able find one to suit your preferences.
We are always keen to recognise the support we receive to help improve the lives of some of the world's most vulnerable and disadvantaged children; below are some of our corporate partners:
HSBC
In November 2006, HSBC announced SOS Children as its main partner for a new USD10 million project aimed at reducing global child poverty and ensuring children receive the necessary skills and education to create successful communities for the future.

Tottenham Hotspur FC
In early 2007, Tottenham Hotspur FC announced a four-year partnership with SOS Children, which will see the club supporting the new SOS Children's Village in Rustenburg and the organisation's work more generally in South Africa, as well as promoting SOS Children's with orphaned children around the world.

British Airways
We are delighted that British Airways have continued their support for our work through the donation of 10 free flights for our staff in 2008 and are most grateful for their generosity.
Shell Aviation
We are very fortunate to have the long-term support of the staff at Shell Aviation. Over the last three years, staff have taken part in sponsored and family events, including a management team "Iron Man" triathlon, raising well over £100,000 for SOS Children and our work around the world.
Polar First, a Pole-to-Pole helicopter challenge, is being sponsored by Shell Aviation and will be helping to raise awareness about SOS Children's Villages. The team, Jennifer Murray and Colin Bodil, set off on their expedition to the ends of the earth on 5 December - read more about the challenge.
FIFA
SOS Children's Villages began working with FIFA, world football's governing body, in 1995 and the partnership continues to grow. For over 10 years, the partnership has been between sport and social responsibility, supporting SOS Children's projects around the world, as well as drawing the attention of football audiences worldwide to the plight of vulnerable and abandoned children.

The high point of the partnership so far, was FIFA and SOS Children's Villages collaboration on "6 villages for 2006", the Official Charity Campaign of the 2006 World Cup, which raised over £12m globally to help orphaned and abandoned children. Read more about "6 villages for 2006".
Active Hotels
Active Hotels works with SOS Children by sponsoring the SOS Children's Villages in Hungary. All contributions from Active Hotels help to fund the 3 villages' holidays for the year, making sure that all the children in our care can have a well-deserved break.
Active Hotels also helps to raise awareness of SOS Children through its website www.activehotels.com which is visited by millions of internet users each month.
Gate Gourmet
One of the world’s largest flight catering companies supports SOS Children internationally. Gate Gourmet UK and their employees organize fundraising days to raise funds for specific SOS projects.
Pinsent Masons
Pinsent Masons is one of the world’s largest and most respected commercial law firms and is ranked within the top 15 law firms in the UK. In addition to its London headquarters, it has offices in the key economic centres of Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester, alongside international offices in Beijing, Brussels, Dubai, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Worldwide, the firm has over 250 partners, a total legal team of around 1,000 and more than 1,600 staff.
Pinsent Masons provides practical support to the charity’s UK office in Cambridge, as well as making a financial contribution to the SOS Children’s Village in Kaifeng, China. In 2007 they paid the school fees for the 144 children in the Village, thus ensuring their education.
The company ensures its staff embrace values which encourage strong team working and personal development. This values-driven approach is further reflected in the active community role the firm plays through its corporate responsibility programme. Pinsent Masons has recognised that there are activities they can do to support their local communities - such as remedial reading sessions with children from neighbourhood schools as well as international communities. The theme of ‘inspiring young lives’ has become the programme’s cornerstone.
Through staff fundraising and awareness-raising, as well as through fundraising on a corporate level, Pinsent Masons aims to support our children throughout the world. Their core values and ideals match ours on many levels, and it is a partnership that we are proud to be part of.
MGPA
We are delighted that MGPA has chosen SOS Children to be its global charity. MGPA is an independently managed private equity real estate investment advisory company focused on real estate investment in Europe and Asia and its employees have pledged to raise US$100,000 to fund projects in China, Thailand and Poland in 2008/9.
SOS Adventures
SOS Adventures, founded by Charlie Limon and independent from our charity, organises motorcycle trips in Morocco and Ecuador and has the two objectives; to provide bikers with an incredible adventure and to help those less fortunate than themselves in the process.
This independent company has kindly chosen SOS Children to be its recipient charity and donates at least 10% of the costs of each trip to our children's villages in Marrakech and Quito, aiming to donate up to 25% if trips are booked to capacity.
