From a letter Henrik Ibsen wrote to Edmund Gosse in 1899. The text is in the Norwegian written at that time and translates to English as:
Dear Mr Edmund Gosse!
It was a great pleasure to receive your letter. So I will finally meet you and your wife in person. I am at home every day around noon until 1 pm. I am delighted and surprised by your excellent Norwegian!
